When you walk into a room, talk on the phone, or have a meeting on Teams, your nonverbal communication follows you. It affects how others perceive your communication. Though it involves no words, it still has a great impact.
Your face, body, hands, voice, eyes, and how you sit and stand affect how we perceive you. Along with your height, age, clothes, accent, and breathing, be aware of how you move and position yourself in the room or where your smartphone, attention, and presence are.
It all communicates something. It all adds up: how we understand you, how we perceive you, and how we feel about you.
So, do you want to be a great leader and communicator? Get to grips with your body language. And learn to read and understand others through their body language.
Together, we will devise a course that meets your needs and wishes. The course alternates between theoretical input, discussions, exercises, and practical training, focusing on the individual participant.
The course is held in Danish or English.
