Tailored courses for engaging storytelling and powerful storytellers.
Storytelling for Leaders
As a leader, do you want your thoughts and visions to make a lasting impression and impact on your audience? Then, you need to put Excel and PowerPoint aside for a while and focus on using narrative in your management communication.
Storytelling has always been the most natural way for people to come together for a common goal. Our shared stories become our common direction and motivation, which we maintain through the stories we tell and retell each other.
That’s why storytelling is an important part of your leadership communication..
But what exactly is storytelling? And how can you, as a leader, utilize the art of storytelling in your communication? Should leaders be able to translate strategy into storytelling? Turn your company’s vision, mission, and values into a story? Tell stories from your own life? Able to tell the product’s or customer’s story?
The answer is: Yes… to all of the above.
As a leader, you need to be able to deliver these stories in a compelling way, giving your organization or team both internal clarity and cohesion and external identity.
This course gives you the knowledge, techniques, and methods to translate your leadership into engaging narratives that your audience can understand and feel.
A course tailored to you
Together, we will devise a course that meets your needs and wishes – with the theory, selected techniques, and practical training that fits your current situation and goals.
The course will alternate between theory, discussion, and practical training. You will actively participate in each other’s development process, which will not only make you better storytellers but also strengthen you as a team.
The course is held in Danish or English.
A course can include the following:
What is storytelling? And what is the secret power of storytelling?
What is corporate storytelling, and how to use it?
