Preserve Yourself – Mental Strength in an Unpredictable World

In a world that increasingly challenges us with accelerating pace, complexity, and unpredictability, mental robustness is no longer a nice-to-have life skill but a necessity.

Robustness is about keeping your body, mind, and leadership strong, balanced, and in peak condition when dealing with pressure and adversity.

Robustness is not a magic shield that makes you invulnerable and able to handle everything. It is about maintaining a conscious and healthy connection with yourself, knowing your strengths, vulnerabilities, and limits, and being mentally prepared—to be able to think and make conscious decisions about how, despite being under pressure, you will handle that pressure.

People who are able to maintain their mental robustness when under pressure:

  • are often better protected against the negative and harmful effects of stress (prevention)
  • are often good at staying calm, remaining realistically optimistic, and maintaining a sense of perspective and purpose
  • generally make more conscious, considered, and long-term choices
  • can often stay empathetic and ethically aware in their activities and interactions with other people.

 

We are not all born with equal potential for robustness or the same kind of robustness. But we can all develop and strengthen our robustness with the right knowledge, self-awareness, and conscious training.

A course tailored to you

The course is based on the Danish book ‘Bevar dig selv – robust I en uforudsigelig fremtid’ (“Preserve yourself – robustness in an unpredictable future”) and is built around solid scientific facts, the latest research in the field and specific techniques and methods.

Together, we will devise a course that meets your needs and wishes, using the theory, selected techniques, and exercises that match your situation and goals.

The course is held in Danish or English.
